Project Child Support Contracted To Collect Unpaid Child Support From FOX Sports Analyst And Former Major League Baseball Player Owing Unpaid Child Support To A Woman He Fathered A Child With While Married and Living A Double Life: Arrest Warrant Issued in 2012

Breaking News:  FOX Reporter, and Former MLB Relief Pitcher Duaner Sánchez Owes Child Support to Former Beauty Queen that Meet Felony Child Support Evasion Laws

Project Child Support has been contracted to provide services to seize and liquidate the assets of FOX Sports Reporter and Former MLB Player Duaner Sánchez to collect more than $33,877.46 that includes $21,877.46 in unpaid child support arrears (See: Arrears), and $12,000 in court awarded legal fees, not including interest (See: 2013 Judgment). Tania Lima, crowned Miss Cuban American in 1996, is the mother of Mr. Sánchez’s special needs daughter, who Mr. Sánchez refuses to support.  Ms. Lima claims that she learned her child’s father was married, when she revealed she was pregnant.  Ms. Lima’s child was born in between the birth of Mr. Sánchez’s second and third child with his current wife.  In 2012, an arrest warrant was issued against Mr. Sánchez in the State of Florida for failing to pay child support to Ms. Lima (See: Arrest Warrant), and in 2013 his driver’s license was suspended for the nonpayment of support (See: Suspension).

In October of 2013, Project Child Support similarly reported the arrears of Steven A. Jordan, A.K.A. Stevie J, Star of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, whose arrest warrant mysteriously disappeared although Mr. Jordan did not make a payment.  In April of 2014, Federal Authorities arrested Stevie J, and now Project Child Support has set their sights on Mr. Sánchez.

Since Mr. Sánchez does not reside in the State of Florida, owes more than $10,000 in unpaid child support and has not made a payment in over a year, his case qualifies as a Federal Child Support Evasion action under the guidelines of the Office of Inspector General  See: Child Support Felony Guidelines & OIG Video).  “When Ms. Lima acquired our services,  Mr. Sánchez was temporarily residing in Mexico, although he owns a home in California with his wife.  Mr. Sánchez was a relief pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Pittsburgh Pirates, Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Mets, and San Diego Padres.  Although he made more than $4 million while playing professional baseball, his child support obligation was only set at $409.34 per month, which is a mystery within itself,” says Kai Patterson who is the founder of Project Child Support.

Project Child Support is an initiative of Bounty Alert, Inc., which was spearheaded by Kai D. Patterson to assist parents in the collection and payment of unpaid child support.  Mr. Patterson started the initiative in honor of his late mother, who was never able to collect child support from Mr. Patterson’s father.

Project Child Support Scheduled To Appear In The New My 9 Television Series Called “Ride With Me”

Breaking News:  The New My9 Series "Ride With Me" Has Confirmed They Will Film A Dedicated Episode To Bounty Alert's Project Child Support Initiative.

Project Child Support provides services to assist custodial parents in the collection of unpaid child support, and an Amnesty Program to assist noncustodial parents in the payment of their child support arrears.  The organization is a joint initiative between Bounty Alert, Inc., the Custodial Support Foundation and the Custodial Support Law Office.  The organizations of the initiative are gearing up for the filming of an episode for the My 9 series “Ride With Me” (See: Confirmation), which airs every Saturday night on WWOR TV My 9.  The episode will enable viewers to meet the key members of the Project Child Support Initiative, and look at the behind the scene filming of Project Child Support’s documentary, which will provide a in-depth understanding of the issues related to child support in America.

In addition to providing a Collection Program to assist custodial parents in collecting their unpaid child support arrears, and a Filing Assistance Program to assist custodial parents in filing to receive child support, the Amnesty Program was modified to fix a flaw in the system that damages noncustodial parent’s credit (See: http://goo.gl/n9QPev). Project Child Support is currently hiring additional attorneys, paralegals and investigators to support a critical mass of clients that will undoubtedly subscribe to their programs once viewers are exposed to the array of services provided through the initiative.

Project Child Support is currently providing services to collect over $1 million from the VH1 Reality Hit TV Star, Stevie J, who is a Grammy Winning Producer (See: Stories), and R&B Grammy Recording Artist R-Kelly immediately paid his arrears when his ex-wife contracted the services of Project Child Support, before actions were taken to seize his assets to pay his arrears in excess of $114,000.  “Although we have provided services to collect child support from celebrities, we also provide services to assist any custodial and noncustodial parent”.  We are currently preparing to file court documents for the nonpayment of child support for new celebrity cases, which I am sure the media will learn of and expose.  We have received a release from the custodial parent we are servicing in one new celebrity case we will included in our documentary”, says Kai D. Patterson who is the founder of the initiative.

Kai Patterson created Project Child Support in honor of his mother, who was unable to collect child support from Mr. Patterson’s father, which provides affordable and free services to parents (See: Patterson’s Story).  The program provides a 24-hour call center to enable custodial and noncustodial parents to schedule consultations and receive assistance by calling 855-851-HELP (4357).
