For
Immediate Release
The licensed private
investigators of C-Team Investigations, have launched their new website to assist
custodial and noncustodial parents with the services provided by Project Child
Support.
Custodial and noncustodial
parents can have the comforts of receiving the services of Project Child
Support through the investigative and fugitive agency of C-Team Investigations,
which are provided by Bounty Alert, and the Custodial Support Foundation. Kai Patterson who is the CEO and President of
Bounty Alert, Inc., as well as the Founder of the Custodial Support Foundation,
worked with Karl Ryans and the partners of C-Team Investigations to establish
the child support advocate initiative between the organizations.
Custodial Parents owed child
support arrears may subscribe to Project Child Support's Collection Program on C-Team
Investigation's Child Support Enforcement webpage. C-Team Investigations appeared on the Project
Child Support's Custodial Support Forum - Weekly Talk Show to discuss how they
assist in the fugitive recovery efforts of apprehending noncustodial parents
who owe arrears. Custodial parents who
wish to acquire the services provided by Project Child Support's Filing Program, as well as noncustodial
parents who wish to subscribe to the services of the Amnesty Program may subscribe through
the C-Team Investigations website.
"When arrest warrants
are issued against noncustodial parents, and the custodial parents have
subscribed to Project Child Support's Collection Program, I can count on C-Team
Investigations providing apprehension services", says Kai Patterson. "Many times we receive cases where
noncustodial parents already have warrants issued for their apprehension, and I
want to call C-Team Investigations before we get an enforcement order, but it's
better that we wait", says Patterson.
The enforcement orders we obtain enables a noncustodial parent's assets
to be seized at the time of apprehension, and liquidated if child support
arrears are not paid within 30 days.
Fugitive recovery agencies
are paid $3,500 once the court grants the order to apprehend a noncustodial
parent with a child support warrant, through the Project Child Support
initiative. A reward of $500 is offered
to the general public, for assistance in the apprehension of the noncustodial
parent with the arrest warrant. Rewards
are paid to individuals for assisting in the apprehension of the noncustodial
parents who are posted in the Bounty Alert application. Information to assist in an apprehension and
payments can be provided anonymously, without a caller providing their
name. Bounty Alert has also launched a
website formatted for iPhone and Android Smartphones.
Requirements
to Become an Advocate
Organizations that wish to assist in providing the services offered by Project Child Support, may subscribe to the Advocate Program. Upon subscribing to the Advocate Program, completing an agreement and providing the required documents, Project Child Support will develop webpages to match the Advocate's website to enable subscribers to enroll in each program an Advocate desires to offer. Organizations are required to only pay a onetime $100 processing fee, and a $10 document fee to become an Advocate. Organizations are also required to provide proof of insurance, and must have a operating website that enables Project Child Support screens to be added to their website. The screens added to an Advocate's website will send an e-mail to the organization with each transaction, to enable an organization to track that status of their accounts. "We have modified our requirements to protect our clients by insuring Advocates provide proof of any licenses they are required to obtain to provide the services their organization's provides", say Patterson. C-Team Investigation is an example of an Advocate that has met all of the requirements to provide all of the programs offered by Project Child Support.
